Getting Started with Drivors
Welcome! This guide helps you go from first login to confident daily use. The platform brings marketing, sales and deals, inventory and operations management, and service & workshop requests into one place so your team shares one source of truth.
1. Sign in and secure your account
Use your work email, enable multi-factor authentication if your administrator requires it, and bookmark your dealership URL so everyone lands in the correct workspace.
2. Complete organization profile
Add your legal name, branding, and contact channels. Accurate profile data flows into quotes, marketplace listings, and customer-facing touchpoints.
3. Model your inventory
Create showrooms, branches or service centers, and vehicles or stock units. Consistent naming and codes make reporting, syndication, and handoffs between teams much easier.
4. Invite users and roles
Invite colleagues with roles that match how they work—sales, deal desk, operations management, finance, or service. Least-privilege access keeps data safe while staying practical.
5. Connect your first workflows
Turn on the modules you need: pipeline and activities for deals, leases and renewals for fleet utilization, work orders for the workshop, and inbox or messaging where you talk to buyers and owners.
